How to Join the Burland Homeowners Association

Membership in the Burland Homeowners Association is open to anyone who resides or owns property in Burland Ranchettes. Dues are $20 per calendar year. While anyone is welcome to attend meetings and participate in discussions, only those who have a paid membership for 30 days are eligible to vote in the annual election of board members.

While Burland Meadows and Trails West are separate subdivisions, we are all neighbors and have a common interest in maintaining our property values and assuring that the Burland area remains an attractive place to live. Residents of Burland Meadows and Trails West are more than welcome at our meetings.
