The main objectives of the Burland Homeowners Association are:We hope that visitors to this site share these concerns and will join us in our efforts. Please join us at our meetings on the second Saturday of each month at the realty office of Dynamic Properties of Colorado located next to the Cool Beans Coffee Shack at Rosalie Road and Highway 285.
- to enforce the Burland Ranchettes protective covenants
(see details under "Covenants");- to maintain Weakland-Fawks Park; and
- to maintain property values and the quality of life in Burland Ranchettes and the neighboring community.
